Instruction Set for Dual Monitor Setup
Clear and effective instructions are very important in technical communication especially when users are working in an unfamiliar territory. This artifact focuses on guiding users through the process of setting up a dual monitor setup which is a task that can become confusing without proper direction. The goal for me was to create instructions that are not only accurate but are also easy for users to follow knowing there are varying levels of technical experience. This document breaks the process into clear steps supported by concise language and effective organization. Usability was a key focus because the instructions were tested and revised based on some user feedback to eliminate any confusion and to improve clarity.

Starbucks Dress Code Redesign
Workplace documents often have very important information but poor organization can make them difficult to use or understand. This artifact involved redesigning a Starbucks dress code guide to improve the readability, usability, and clarity. The original document contained a lot of text and an unclear structure which made it harder for employees to understand expectations in the workplace. Some editing strategies were applied to simplify the language and remove any type of confusion while also using some design principles to improve the document visually. Google Docs was used to restructure the document and apply consistent formatting. This artifact highlights skills in editing, document design, and improving communication for real workplace documents.

Mental Health Counseling Proposal
Effective proposals have to have a balance of organization, research, and persuasiveness. This artifact presents a formal proposal advocating for mental health counseling for middle and high school students. This topic addresses a huge growing real world issue making the document impactful and very relevant. This proposal is structured with key components including a problem statement, timelines, objectives, an implementation plan, and budget. Research from credible sources like national mental health data was included to support the argument and emphasize the urgency. Tools like Google Docs were used to organize and format the document to meet professional standards. This artifact demonstrates the ability to create a structured and research driven proposal that communicates solutions clearly and effectively.
